The Foss Evening League Division 2 side hosted Heworth Colts last night and as per usual the visiting team batted first. Heworth were restricted to 90-4 in their 18 overs despite a few dropped catches. Freddie Hara (1-10), Ted Donkin (1-19) and Sam Shipley (2-4) with the wickets.

Heworth were made to rue missed chances early on as Pock cruised to a ten wicket win in the 8th over, Joel Taylor (74*) playing a blistering knock in only 33 balls supported by James Fletcher (12*) from the other end.

This keeps the team in second place one point behind Barmby Moor with four games left to play. The team are at home again next week hosting Ovington.
