The Foss Division 2 side played at Rufforth on Wednesday and in an 18 over match hit 156-5 batting first. Joel Taylor (88) top scoring with James Fletcher (25) adding runs on one of his old stomping grounds.

Rufforth went after the run chase but eventually came up 25 runs short as Pock ran out winners to make it two on the bounce after a couple of bad results prior to this, Taylor (3-18) also picking up some wickets to make it a good all round night.

Next weeks game is at home against current leaders Barmby Moor, the England World Cup group game will be on in the clubhouse afterwards for anyone wanting to come along.
